Sonic the Hedgehog wasn't exclusive to Sega platforms. Mofo was on the NGPC and Game.com. Plus he's got an exclusive deal with Nintendo right now. Take that traitorous bastard off the list!!
As for Lunar, it was made on SCD, remade on Saturn and playstation, remade again on GBA in Japan only, and one new game came out on DS a decade after Eternal Blue was released originally. Then Lunar 1 was remade again on PSP
You can actually knock every game off the list if you count later (re)releases on non-Sega platforms against them.
1. Afterburner - NES
2. Alex Kid - Wii VC
3. Altered Beast - that rly bad Ps2 game only released in japan
4. Columns - Wii VC
5. Crazy Taxi - Xbox
6. Ecco - PS2
7. Golden Axe - Beast Rider on PS3
8. Gunstar Heroes - Wii VC
9. Hang On - VC
10. House of the Dead - PSN HotD4
11. Lunar - PSX
12. Nights - new game on Wii
13. OutRun - Xbox
14. Panzer Dragoon - Xbox exclusive sequel
15. Phantasy Star - PSP games
16. Shenmue - Xbox exclusive sequel
17. Shining Series - GBA games
18. Shinobi - PS2 game
19. Sonic - worst offender on the list
20. Splatterhouse - TGFX
21. Streets of Rage - VC
22. Shining Series - this is on here twice what I guess you can put Comix Zone back on lol
If we were going to pick games that were exclusive to Sega consoles only, we would be hard pressed to find 25 worth a fuck. I think the award is games that someone would think of when Sega is mentioned.

That's what I took the intent to be as well: a combination of games that were exclusive to one of the platforms, that were just awesomer on Sega, or that started on Sega and spawned a franchise.
