I missed this by a few seconds and noticed that it shows 2 BIN bids came in at the exact same second, weird

    That is weird. I can't say I have ever seen that either.

    I had this happen to me once with an immediate payment BIN. Apparently, it allowed both myself and another to pay and ebay/paypal have some sort of correction setting that gave me my money back. Long story short, the seller thought I hacked his account to get the money back in hopes of getting the item and I had difficulty convincing him otherwise

    It already happened to me once. I've hit the Buy it Now and it said "Sorry, you were outbid at the last minute. Item sold to thegreybox_restorednes (which is my username). The "Pay Now" button was there though. Maybe when it occurs the first to issue his payment is considered the winner.

    This is crazy, I wonder what the ebay policy is on something like this? Does their PC's break it down by split seconds maybe?

    I think that these events cause rifts in the time-space continuum that happen to create duplicate items for the extra winning buyer.  So, everyone wins, yay!
