Looking for Turbo Grafx 16 CD Add On

I'm looking for a turbo Grafx CD Add On.  I am interested in it if it's not working.  there is a service on ebay that fixes them.  I've been looking everywhere and I can't afford to pay 300.00 for one.  Thank you.
