WHAT THE FUCK!!! They removed it for copyright infringement did some fucktard report this or something? Did nintendo copyright the nwc this is bullshit I just wanted to make some $$$.

    EVERY piece of software is copyrighted, so just like pirates and repros eBay is completely allowed to remove it. It does mean someone likely reported it. You can try putting it on one of the other auction sites. They have not yet decided on the legal issues with illegal products.

    Technically, what you listed is copyright infringement, even though I agree with you and would be equally pissed myself if it happened to me. Somebody probably reported it, and eBay removed it. It's a shitty feeling, but if it makes you feel any better, I just got booted from eBay permanently for listing and selling a Doctor V64 unit. eBay classified it as copyright infringement and now my 1800+ feedback account is done.

    It sucks, but shit happens. Now I have to start over. Whatever. I had a history of listing questionable items and I guess I finally got the boot. My advice is to think twice before listing anything questionable (repros, pirates, multi carts, etc) and if so, list them for sale here or on other forums, or on game specific auction sites like Chasethechuckwagon or Gamegavel.

    Also, there's something called "Seller dashboard". I can't give you a direct link because I don't have a seller's account now. But it will tell you how close your account is to being suspended. It has like 4 ratings (I think they were like "Good", "Satisfactory", "Danger", or "Failing" or something like that) so you can check to see if your account is in danger. If this is your first offense, I doubt you're in any real danger, but it's still a useful tool that you can use in the future.

    ebay is so ridiculous about things like this. I tried listing Gyromites with the converter long ago and had them pulled quickly, even though discountgames had 18(!) of them listed at the time. I made sure those didn't stay around.
