Complex Snes Test Cart

I came across this video which is rather old featuring a user by the name Kagomi, I believe he use to be or still is very involved in  the reproduction community in France as he seems to be french speaking. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make this test cart set up for a north american SNES.

    This has been around for a good while guys. It's a tester cart, in his video he tries Mega Man 7, super bomberman, some other game(s) and tales of phantasia.



    In essence it's a 6 megabyte test cart. They use the 74XX139AN to demultiplex the chips from a quick glance.



    So if I can take a shot in the dark here, everything is wired in series except the Output Enable which is handled by the 139AN chip.



    Might be more to it but that's all I can tell by looking at the video / pictures. There might be additional logic on the board, who knows, short of the author chiming in we can only speculate.
