I'm posting this here because I am so exciting about finding this and a HUGE THANKS to Mog for hooking me up with it!  He made sure nothing was going to happen to this thing during shipping.  At first I thought the only thing he shipped me was bubble wrap.  This is officially the coolest thing in my collection!

This kit was issued to share holders by Nintendo of America in 1997.  It discusses the state of the video game wars thus far and details Nintendo's vision for the future.  It includes several pages of financial statements from their fiscal year end (March 31) in '95 and '96, 1996 being the year they released the N64 in Japan and North America.  I don't know what is on the tape yet as I now need to go find a VCR somewhere.
