Looking for AM29F032B-120ES-Tsop40 type III eeproms

I bought a bunch of loose AM29F032B chips but am having trouble soldering them on correct and getting them to ID. It seems I'm not very good with an iron. So I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some pre assembled boards besides buyicnow as they are all sold out. Also buyicnow does have the 75nano second boards pre assembled still for sale but I've heard the fatstest that should be used is 90 at max. Also does anyone out there have any spare assembled 29F032Bs on type III board ready to be programmed for sale?

    As a side question I've read that people use a mutlimeter or a voltmeter I think to identify which connections on their boards are not working. As I've never used one how would I go about testing to see which connection of the am29f032b are not soldered properly to the tsop 40 board?

    You should be using a hot air station and solder paste, its pretty hard to use an iron unless you've done it a ton.
