guy with a black bag

this sunday i was out in the wild wraping up a purchase with a vendor.and the whole time i feel someone giving me a stink eye.as i start to walk away a nice mexican guy walks up asked me if i brought different systems i said yes .so he opens his black bag and inside he had (i thought it was a japanese super famicom)it was a south korean super famicom.i asked him what was wrong with it he said nothing it lite up and everything.i asked why he was selling it and he said that he couldn't get the us super nintendo games to fit (jajajajaja).sooooooo i asked how much he wanted for it.he told me that he had payed 30.00 from a young guy there about three weeks before.i said no 10.00 he said ok.i paid him and walked away as i was walking away he said you'll never get the us carts to fit.ahhhhh only in the wilds of cali.

  • I have seen adapters from one guy on YouTube you can get that goes on in the Famicom that will allow US carts to work. Assuming the Korean and Japanese units are the same, shouldn't be too hard to do.
  • picked up some Japanese carts and they play fine on my south Korean super famicom met some guys from here hope you guys liked my shop.
