Getting custom boxes made up
in The Brewery
I've been working on a set of custom Super Mario Boxes / Carts for quite some time now and i'd really like to move things forward. Here's an example of the SMB 1 Cart:

The idea was that all the boxes and carts would follow a similar colour scheme and design, uniting Super Mario 1,2 and 3 into a nice little collection.
I obviously want the boxes to be the same as normal NES boxes and to look the same on the shelf, which means getting them made up somewhere.
I've got the box next / template that's floating around and the quotes i've had from the printers in order to get the custom forme (thing that is used to cut the boxes the right shape) is coming out at about £150, which is something like $180.
I hadn't intended on doing a huge run of these, I was actually thinking maybe as few as 10 sets. This will obviously mean that each set will be expensive in order to cover the cost which isn't really what I want. I could obviously do more sets, but i'm not really sure there's that much interest.
Has anyone here had NES looking boxes made up? How much did it cost you?? Did you have to do super large print runs in order to keep costs down on the final product?
Any help or information appreciated!
