HELP.. Anyone seen this..??

Hi folks.. So I stumbled upon this the other day at an old video game shop.. I played it and it plays perfect in an NTSC NES but I have never seen anything of this sort before, not even online.. It could just be another unlicensed rip off of the original or something.

So excuse my naive-esque nature, but if u guys can shes some light that would be awesome..

    This cart was produced by Whirlwind Manu. They made hundreds of different bootleg game software back in the early 1990s. It is thought that Whirlwind Manu is the same company as NTDEC (the guys behind Caltron 6 in 1 cart), Supervision, and possibly even Kaiser.

    Ya I'm aware of the jap naming of rockman.. Just find it odd that it plays in an NTSC nes..
