I have seen some bizarre stuff go for a lot, but everyday stuff seems down.  Mario 2, Mario 3, systems, stuff like that don't seem to be going for as much as it was.

Outside of the rarest of the rare it is not the old collectors who push prices up it is the new blood.



If you have new guys coming into the hobby they don't know what they are "supposed" to pay. They want something, see it and then they buy it. Whatever they have to pay they pay. Now they will get used to thoe prices and then they will set a new "supposed to" standard of what things sell for. In that situation price don't return to "normal".
