After a Couple of Months, I Just Noticed This Category
Yeah, just saying hello.
About me: I live in New York currently and have played games since the mid 1980s, mostly favoring Nintendo, but I also played Mac, PC, Sega, PlayStation (up to 2), and MS xbox games.
This summer, when I rediscovered all of the boxes I had for the NES, SNES, and N64 games I owned originally, I decided to start actively collecting them. Before that I had only occasionally added a game every few months or years when I realized there was one I liked but never actually owned.
Now that I'm collecting, I've mostly been going after the low hanging fruit to begin with and trying to complete the N64 collection (even though the NES boxes generally look so much cooler).
I do most of my buying and selling (when I get duplicates) through eBay, since individually negotiated transactions on Craigslist and forums can get messy - sometimes people have an inflated sence of value and I don't like being the one to try to tell them otherwise. But, I'm not opposed if anyone is selling here.
Cheers!
