Uh well yeah I might regret this but hablo espanol, well I had 5 years of it through college, so I did meet with three guys that said they can just charge me for labor if I buy all the materials. I might just end up doing it that way. Yeah I wasn't too happy with the $11,340 bid when I already paid $6,933 for the fence to be put in. Last house I had built 2 years ago, which turned out to be too small for my game room, go figure, I paid about $15,500 for the landscaping that included the fence and everything all the details right down to the plants etc... and it was on a larger corner lot, where this house is 1,000 square feet bigger than the last one and so takes up more of the lot leaving less overall space to have to be landscaped in the first place! So this guy was on crack.
Including plants, if you're talking about landscaping an undeveloped lot, that's not too bad.
I didn't realize fences were that expensive! Wow, sounds like you need to learn the joy and satisfaction that comes from putting a little sweat equity into your property (at least that what those of us trying to save money tell ourselves to feel all warm and fuzzy).

This is true... My dad and I put a porch on the house, running the full length of the house, and it cost us (really just him) $350 and about 3 days of hard work (two days of which I worked alongside him). Then again, I never was into hiring contractors, and neither was he. I was always a fan of actually doing the work yourself; it gives you a sense of accomplishment, plus you tend to appreciate it a lot more.

None of that was me boys, that was bunnyboy on the title screen. We didn't translate any of the game though, so that was done before I got my grubby hands on it
haha Basil. That was a VERY early screenshot and we couldn't find a Z at the time so we had to make one within the game. I but bone to be funny, it was fixed on the title screen later but I forgot about the screen, lol.
