Shipping will be free in the US and at cost for the rest of the world
Increments of $0.50
Starting bids will be listed with items
If any item receives a bid within the last two minutes bidding will continue on that item two minutes from the end time and continue for two minutes past each bid after
Bid placed at 7:59 -> bidding goes until 8:02 -> any bid in that two minutes takes auction to two minutes from bid time (08:01:15 extends to 08:03:15... until no bid is made for two minutes after last
