A rare find brings me here..

Hey Everyone, 

So I just wanted to take a second to introduce myself and possibly let you in on a rare find.. My name is Joshuah, been an avid gamer for many years now. I was just recently going through some of the old plastic containers I have stored with many of the older system and games I've saved and I stumbled upon a very rare N64 game.. The Red print "NOT FOR RESALE" is what caught my eye and after doing some research I found that the Grey NOT FOR RESALE "The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask" N64 game I held in my hand was an extremely rare find.. So I came here to let you know first that I have an original copy in prestine shape and wanted some feedback on it..

    I've been in touch with the seller multiple times this week, and neither her nor her husband's name is Joshuah Gentry. They're also nowhere near Cali.

    Yeah this seems fishy. He's posting his "find" in a couple other threads. Take a picture of the cart with your name and date clearly visible. You'll have a lot more luck selling.

    Agreed and attakid is right. He (or she) has replied on threads asking if certain people are interested. If new members aren't careful, this could end up bad. Strange there also hasn't been any comments yet by the OP to defend himself (or herself).

    My guess is that he hasn't responded because he recently saw the grey NFR Majora's Mask for sale and decided to create a scam, but he's not really smart enough to do it right. People call him out on it and he doesn't know what to do from here. I'm willing to bet that it's a fake name too. I can't find any trace of anyone named Joshuah (with an h at the end) anywhere on the Internet. Granted, it was just a quick search but still.

    According to his user profile, his eBay URL is brandontrombino1, which would lead me to thnk his name is Brandon Trombino, not Joshuah-with-a-second-h. I wouldn't really care about this scammer BS all that much if it didn't affect any users here, except that his profile also says he's from Sacramento. I may live in Brooklyn now, but I was born and raised in Sacramento, and we're not scammers in Sactown. I say it's time to lock this thread.

    Not to mention it's a completely unreadable "fancy italic cursive font" on an iPhone....

    Wow, what negative feedback.. I can assure you all that I'm not a scammer by any means.. I use the pseudonym BrandonTrombino1 for my ebay account and yes my real name is in fact Joshuah (with an H at the end) Gentry.. Here are soem of the pics I myself posted on ebay.. This is no joke, no gimmick. I have the real deal cartridge here in my hands..

    Nice pics, but a) you stole your avatar from an ongoing auction, which is pretty sketchy when you're claiming you have something like this - and b) this pseudonym business... why is that even necessary? 



    You have to understand that when you come in here as a new member claiming to have something valuable like this, people are going to be suspicious of everything you say/do. People don't like to be ripped off. 



    In any case, I stand corrected and I apologize, but yes, let's get a shot if the game running.
