I'm trying to build my gameboy collection what I've been looking for is a new tones ice gameboy color if any has it please message me it the only gameboy I need to finish my gameboy collection. I'm also trying to collecting Japanese n64 consoles complete in box

Also what do you mean by "new tones ice gameboy color"? Do you mean the Clear Blue Game Boy Color that was released in Japan and Australia?
What a VGA
VGA stands for Video Game Authority I believe. They are a company that authenticates sealed video games and prototypes. Giving it a grade based on condition or a NG for non sealed items. Some people love it, some hate it.
