I've got some NFR carts for sale for various systems.  These are my extras and I figured I would try to sell a couple.  Most don't have back labels but a couple do.  See the attached pics to see which ones do.  Prices do not include shipping.  Paypal only or I will trade for other NFR carts that I don't have. Here's the list of whats available

I've never seen the gold OOT NFR but Nick (burnambill333) says it exists in this thread:

Apparently it only has the "Property of Nintendo" sticker on the back of the cart and doesn't say NFR on the front label.
