Its really strange but i say he cheated me! Both ones no packages thats impossible. But thanks to that guy i have lost my testcart and little samson. He always answer my mails with Jamie Tukiendorf and i also had send the package to that name, and his real name is chad. Really strange but only one conclusion left, he screwed me and thanks to this guy i never trade with anyone overseas!

I'll still have to say that your safe dude. I have done close to 10 transactions, with the dude every one being a positive experience. I'm not saying that its not possible something is up (as it is the internet) but, I HIGHLY doubt it. I hope everyone gets everything worked out.
I can be patient if I have communication. When you get immediate responses up until you send your money, and then don't here a friggin' thing for over a week, despite several messages, it looks way shady.
I bought his XBOX 360 and two games for $300, and sent the money last Wednesday. He said he would ship Friday, and all I wanted was confirmation of the shipping and a tracking number. I'm going to Vegas on Monday, and don't want the thing sitting on my doorstep.
No communication, no confirmation, no tracking number, nothing.
That pisses me off, because I don't do it to anyone else. You send me a message, I get back with you - period.
It's not enough to send the package at some point, there is a reasonable amount of time that a package should be shipped once you send your money.

I asked for a tracking number and got no response until I filed a claim. Then he got mad at me. It took more than about 5 weeks to finally get the package. We made up and apologized after that and have been on good terms. Haven't had a need to trade with him since then though. You'll eventually get your stuff.

THats what hes doing to me, contacted me every day until he got his stuff from me. The day he got his stuff he stopped responding to my messages, i kept asking for a tracking number. I got one response saying he was really busy and he would ship it out in a day or two.
Im sure if Chad did this, it would have been on a bigger transaction, not this petty shit, wait and you shall receive ur shit

Also, I don't believe it's polite, proper or acceptable to make someone wait for something they've paid for.
If there's a legitimate reason, so be it - life happens, and I can accept that.
However, barring an emergency, my ass is to the Post Office within 48 hours of taking someone's money, especially this amount.
I've seen more than one post in this thread that the amount isn't enough to worry about, but except for Erik, I'm sure that most people would get pissed at the thought of losing $300.
Again, communication goes a long way. If I lost internet or whatever, I'd still find a way to communicate.
If I wasn't leaving on Monday, I wouldn't be so antsy.
Steve, it's not the amount that's the issue here, it's being left in the dark. So I would say that I agree the amount doesn't matter. Just this month I ordered 4 sealed/new rarer N64 games for around $125 from a seller on eBay that charged $25.60 for shipping on those 4 games from a couple states away. It took 12 days to get here and when they did they were just thrown in a bag with no protection at all. As Batty referred to them when I showed him a pic they are a stack of pancackes... completely worthless to me. I am pissed off and it's half what you spent here. It's not the money it's getting F'd in the A by the lazy eBayer. I've tried multiple times to resolve it with him and still nothing. I feel you Steve.

Hell, I don't even think that there's anything sinister here. I was just looking for communication from the guy, that's all.
I've sent email and pm, so either he's not able to connect to the internet, or he's away from it altogether.
Regardless, it's frustrating.
