Steve, it's not the amount that's the issue here, it's being left in the dark. So I would say that I agree the amount doesn't matter. Just this month I ordered 4 sealed/new rarer N64 games for around $125 from a seller on eBay that charged $25.60 for shipping on those 4 games from a couple states away. It took 12 days to get here and when they did they were just thrown in a bag with no protection at all. As Batty referred to them when I showed him a pic they are a stack of pancackes... completely worthless to me. I am pissed off and it's half what you spent here. It's not the money it's getting F'd in the A by the lazy eBayer. I've tried multiple times to resolve it with him and still nothing. I feel you Steve.
Sorry to hear about that Erik.
Yeah, I was only using you as a comical reference because I know you're loaded, that's all.
A loss is a loss when it comes to the money, regardless of the amount. What hurts more though is the loss of the item (or the condition of the items), because you had an emotional anticipation invested, in addition to the money.
Unless by some miracle it arrives today, I won't see it until after I return.
The part that makes me want to physically hurt something is the fact that although his last visit here was on 9/20, I sent him pm's on 9/18, 9/19 and 9/20, requesting confirmation and a tracking number. So I KNOW that he got those messages.
He has an ebay account because he bought something from me. See if he has anything listed and if so, just buy it and then get his contact information so you can call him. He can get the seller fees back once you do a mutual cancellation so nothing is lost.
They are actually very few scammers around here. I don't think Chad is scamming either, I am started to get worried about him cause he hasn't logged on in days.
I would suggest that somebody who's done a deal with him in the past (and has an address) should do a reverse directory lookup and get his phone number. Give him a call and see if he's OK.
Didn't he say he had a dial up internet connection? It's possible that he lost his phone line for whatever reason, maybe he didn't pay his bill, which probably would mean you can't call him either. I just searched through my email, and it doesn't look like I have his phone number. He doesn't strike me as the "scammer" type, but then again, neither did Hounder. Every deal I've ever had with Nofriendo was flawless.
Tell me about this hounder guy? What did he do? It this the same guy who have the CIB stadium events and was getting divorced and all that or someone else?
He built up a great rep over years, made friends. Then he made a claim that he had two SE boxes and proceeded to make quite a few deals at once, some of them for 100's of dollars of stuff.
In the end he returned/repaid many of the people he screwed, and never really gave an explanation, but those to whom he owed the most are still out everything, hundreds of dollars he just walked away with.
Yeah, I was set to buy a Stadium Events box for $1250 back when that was about the going price. I had a SE cart and manual at the time and I was super excited to complete my copy. Thankfully I never sent him any money, so I wasn't actually scammed, I just had my hopes built up. Apparently he had similar deals with like 5-6 people for SE boxes.
For 300 bucks, I'd be calling all them Tukiendorfs up there. I remember calling someone on ebay one time and they gave me the grandparents number where he was staying. I called and got ahold of him. He just hung up so I decided to call at all random hours of the night.
Chad has always been a stand up guy the times I have dealt with him, he can be a bit slow at shipping sometimes, but because he hasen't logged on in 9 days tells me something is up, I believe you guys will get your stuff, once we figure out what happened to him, hopefully he's ok/ or he gets his phone bill paid.

I agree that Chad has always been a stand up guy. I've never had a problem with him in numerous transactions I've had with him, two in particular transactions were close to $1000 and they were flawless. The fact that he hasn't logged in in 9 days tells me that something is weird, like he didn't pay his phone bill or something. I don't think he's scamming, though you never know, and Orrimarko has every right to be VERY concerned at this point.
I believe everyone that hes reliable and i believe that in time we will get ours items. Hopefully there is nothing wrong and the he just didnt pay his bill. But he has our addresses, or atleast he has mine from when he received the items i traded him. If he has the address he can ship without the internet
WOW-I am O.K but I just went through a VERY serious family emergency.I am VERY sorry that I could not get to a computer to give an update. This is not my style at all and I am embarassed to be in this situation.I am still trying to figure some things out,So I may not be on NA anymore. Thanks for caring guys,I have PM'd everyone their tracking #'s.

Don't think he'd be scamming, but I guess a possibility
I'd be more worried something happened to him though and I don't think Chad could purposely stay away from NA for 9 days

His first name isn't listed, but I'm guessing it's a nick name, assuming his last name is spelled correctly in his profile.
I've never directly dealt with him, and would rather not look like a creepy internet stalker by making the call.
I would suggest one of the guys currently dealing with him go the this URL:
http://www.whitepages.com/search/FindPerson?extra_listing=mixed&form_mode=opt_b&post_back=1&firstname_begins_with=1&firstname=&name=Tukiendorf&street=&city_zip=madison&state_id=WI&localtime=survey
(hopefully that works), and try the phone number listed.

I found one number for his last name in Madison WI on WhitePages.

Did you see a listing for a Jamie Tukiendorf?
That's the name I've been paid by in paypal. I think it may be his Father or Mother.
