NIB "Mike Tyson Boxing" Game Boy Advance Factory Sealed

Up for sale is a sealed copy of Mike Tyson Boxing for GBA. This is a pretty cool and uncommon game, listed as an R8 for GBA in the NA database. The overall condition is obviously pretty decent, but here are all the naughty details you want me to whisper in your ear.
The box is in very nice shape overall, but the seal does have a lot of scratches and dings that aren't all visible unless you angle it toward the light in real life. The box appears to bow in a bit on the left side of the front (see last photo) and has a subtle pressure crease down the left side of the box. There are also some remnants of a sticker on the bottom. There are some small dirty spots on the seal on front that can definitely be cleaned up further with a q-tip and appropriate cleaning solution. Overall this would make a really nice CIB and a decent NIB, but not something I would expect to grade gold due to the seal scratches (although I have zero VGA experience). Let me know if you have any other questions. As you can see, I'm kind of obsessive about listing the condition details, haha. Oh, and box protector is included but not pictured.
