I was wondering the exact same thing. Is it 5 minutes from your bid or 5 minutes extended on the end of the auction?

5 minutes added to the bid, any bid, if that bid is placed in the last 5 minutes. A bid at 9:57 would give others until 10:02 to bid, leaving ample time for refreshing and/or lag on the website.
Your last bid was at 9:59 so as long as someone bids BEFORE 10:05 they're good.
