It's been since 1988...

I was watching a friend of mine dig through some boxes he had packed up when he moved from out of town and he got to a box that contained his Mario collection of toys, candy tins, etc. and I picked up a metal "?" tin and opened it up and of course. the candy was still inside then I noticed there was something else I dumped them out in my hand and it was a full set of hat/lapel. pins from 1988He claimed he.forgot he had them so we were picking through. them and he asked if I still liked Zelda and my head snapped around and.he.handed me a Link and Legend of.Zelda pins and told me to add them into my collection.

Sadly the backs were long gone so I got creative and made a stand for them.

  • Neat! You can just snatch the back off some other crappy generic pins if you want. I figure all backs are the same. You can also use pencil erasers for the back if you wanted to actually wear them lol
  • I was actually going to mount them on my Zelda Hyrule Crest ballcap but instead I drilled.two.holes in a plastic strip I had laying.around and layered double sided tape and pushed them in so now.its displayed on a mini..shelf I.put my gatchapon on.

Slick ideal about erasers they may end up on my ballcap after all.
  • Those look great, reminds me of the pins they have at the Disney Parks.
