Lucas and his 97 games don't have ANYTHING on this!!
So a local game/figure/toy store was moving locations over the past couple weeks, and is now literally 3 minutes away from my house. I swung by there today to see how everything was coming together. They let me in even though they haven't even reopened yet. Got talking to them like normal and somehow the movie "The Wizard" came into topic. I asked them if they had a physical copy of the movie because I was trying to find one locally. Unfortunately they did not, but he said he did have some Wizard swag.. Came out with this original poster from an old local theater. I of corse asked how much, and he said he thought they had it priced for 30-40$. I told him I'd think about it while browsing the rest of the store (with it in my hands, knowing in my head I was going home with it). helped them set some stuff up that required multiple people, and he ended up selling it to me for 23$
Pretty happy
Not sure what it is worth, but I will most likely run to the store tomorrow, grab a frame, and hang it on my wall
It is double sided, both sides being the same image. LOVE the power glove in his hand, totally makes the poster!!

Looks good man, I love the Wizard...it's so bad.
nice poster!
It's been a staple in my gameroom since 2004 and was even shown as one of the pics Nintendo Power chose when they had an article about my collection in 2005. It's generally the first thing people comment on who see my collection.. LOL.. "oh wow, the wizard.. I remember that movie". Strange how a mediocre movie has become so iconic among gamers like it has.
