SixAA's Ongoing Ninja Gaiden Collection
I've been a fan of video games and video game collecting my whole life, but a few years back I cut down most of my collection, and didn't miss it much.
However I'd like to get back into collecting, and the game series awards here on NintendoAge helped encourage me to go for a collection of Ninja Gaiden games. I looked around on ebay for some of the games, and I discovered all sorts of versions of Ninja Gaiden I had no idea even existed, most under the pal name of "Shadow Warriors". It got me really excited to see all these bizarre computer versions, japanese exclusive versions, and even an exclusive to Pal regions Sega Master system game, and it made me want to collect them.
So while I don't have much to show yet, it does mean you can see the collection progress from the very start.

The NES game is still the best in the series that I've played, and what better place to start? I still need the manual, but that's pretty low priority right now. I've got one other exciting item I'm bidding on at the moment (which I hopefully win) and I'm waiting for my boxed Atari Lynx Ninja Gaiden game to be shipped. I'm thrilled to have the Atari Lynx game out of the way so quickly, and I really hope I can win this auction I'm waiting on since that would cross out another uncommon one to find complete in box.
I'll update as I get more items, so if you're interested in seeing a collection grow from the very start, keep an eye out on the thread.

Good luck with the set. Great series, albeit hard as hell.

I can beat the first Ninja Gaiden on NES no problem now since I've played it so much. Really fun game once you get good at it.
I'm from Port Moody. If you somehow ever end up with any of the Game Boy Ninja Gaiden releases complete in box and you feel like selling, make sure to contact me for cheap shipping.

There's tricky parts for sure, but if you can damage boost and despawn enemies at certain points, it's not nearly as bad.

I can find some PAL versions for you if you want.
I'll keep it in mind, but for now I'm just focusing on the main NA set + the Sega Master System game. The weird computer versions of Shadow Warriors seem to be pretty easy to get right now.
