I was trying to figure out what kind of weird imports the "lock tab" games are then I realized you mean 5-screw and 3-screw

No typo, I thought this was very unusual also. I had this traded into my store several years ago. The sticker is in perfect condition. At first I thought somone had taken the sticker off of a different game, but this looks 100% legit.

Someone else had a Super C like this (another Konami title), I wonder if the place where it was assembled got some old cases mixed in.
