Factory sealed RPG Maker for playstation

I opened an RPG maker today for one of the instruction books.

So what I have here is a PERFECT opened copy of rpg maker, missing instruction manual #1.   manual #2 is present and accounted for (yes this game had two manuals) and the disc is of course flawless.   The game has never been played, and manual #2 has never been read.   The plastic case doesn't have so much as a fingerprint, although there is a crack on the front edge that was there before I opened it.
