Last Action Hero Complete and pretty close to 10/10, and Volleyball with box

Hey guys, I have the following 2 games for sale:

Last Action Hero it is complete and pretty much a 10/10 condition wise, one of the nicest nes games I have seen   how does $35 for it sound?

Next is Volleyball with box. Box is probably a 6.5 to 7/10. the big problem is a tear from the top corner on the back about 2" long. Hangtag is in pretty good shape   How about $20 for this one?

Also have a loose Hatris box  how about $5 for it. it is a good 8/10 condition

i cant seem to find anything wrong with it, but i hate calling it a 10/10
just habit from my baseball card collecting days.
you call something mint and someone tries to find something that doesnt make it mint
