So I thought as of Oct 1st the new  shipping limits were going to be put in place ($4 max in video games i thought), how come I'm still seeing some stupid shipping charges? I must be missing something...

    It's yet to come. Tomorrow, actually, I think. Or the 17th. I can't remember. I think tomorrow though.

    I wish eBay would give us some clear dates on this. I've been wondering the same thing.

    The new s&h rules are in place now for newly listed items. I assume they'll do the same thing they did with every listing when they made the minimum $1 BIN policy. They'll probably pull every listing that isn't fixed

    ^ yep they'll give a buffer of a week to a month for compliance then yankerooney.

    I went to list something today, and when I was filling in my shipping options there was definitely a maximum amount it would let me charge based on the category I was using to sell.
