Ebay help please

Is there a way you can see a sellers recently sold items? A seller i was dealing with sent me someone elses package. I messaged them to let them know, and asked them what they wanted me to do with the package. The seller asked if they could pay me 5$ first and then I would send it back to them. I agreed. The seller has not sent me the 5$, and it has been several days. I have messaged the seller twice with no reply, even offering to forward the package to its intended destination. Who ever gets this package is gonna be pissed, its gonna be late as hell.

The seller also sold me two wireless Sega controllers she said were tested working, and they didnt work upon arrival.. tho I suspect USPS could have something to do with it.. the same week I recieved a crushed 72 pin connector from someone else. Im not too upset, as I got a great deal on the controllers, and she offered a a full refund, and to pay for the return shipping. Well I looked through her store, and I needed an N64 a/v connector she had, so I asked if I could have that instead, and she agreed. She told me she would send out the adapter when the controllers arrived back to her. Well the same day I sent out the controllers, I got a package from her. It was a box, and i wasnt supposed to get anything form her yet so I was confused. I opened it, and there were two nintendo 64 games, and one N64 power adapter.. thats when I messaged her that she sent stuff to the wrong person.

What should I do now? Should I even trust her to send out the AV cords? (btw if anyone has one, it would be greatly appreciated). Should I hold the stuff I got by mistake untill I get my cord? If I could find the person this stuff belongs to, id love to get in touch with them.. What if more days go by and she doesnt respond.. Should I just keep the gear?

  • You can click on the link for their username at eBay

Then on that screen, click on Items for Sale at the left sidebar

Then when that loads, even if it says there's nothing for sale, scroll down on the left and look for Completed Items to click the checkbox for. If you're using the "New eBay Search Experience" it may not show up so you'll have to click More Options first to see it. Then click the search button and you'll see everything from the past week.

If you don't see anything then, PM me and I'll dig for you.
  • Personally, I would just take the refund and buy from someone else in the future.

Ok well I saw 143 items, but none of them seemed to be what she sent me.. And in the message she sent me.. she acknowledged that this was someone elses item, and she accidently sent it to me.. so now im lost.. Maybe you know the seller? "katiesvaluelots" . The games were "Perfect Dark" and "Star Wars Rogue squadron", and then the N64 power adapter. Thx for replying guys.

Those are the only hits. I can't find anything on those two N64 games, unless she was 1. selling offline, or 2. it was part of some funky lot I didn't see.
  • Another day with no reply from her. Feel bad for the person these things belong to. Im not gonna mail it back to her though, untill she pays me. Id preferre to mail it staight to the buyer, but I guess it wasnt an ebay buyer. If I could find the person this belongs to I would pay the shipping myself.. O well. Give her 3 weeks to respond, and then they are being added to my collection.
  • Beware, After so long, Ebay can't do anything.
  • Well if I dont get anything from Katie it doesnt really matter.. All she owed me was an AV cord.. and now I have 2 games and a power cord.. which I belive is worth more anyway.
