URGENT!!! I need an LED belt buckle before Halloween!!

Can anyone hook me up with a relatively cheap led belt buckle?? Color isn't too awefully important (and I would prefer one without the icing) Here's what they look like...Im needing it by halloween and want to pay around $15 shipped...I can go eBay, but most of them come from China and Im afraid it wont get here on time....

    sounds really ridiculous but you might want to browse pep boys was in there today and they have a whole led section mostly for cars but for a rectangle one shouldn't be to hard to adapt for belt buckle
