Custom Retro Style SNES

New Custom system I made, plays Nes, SNES, Super Famicom & Gameboy games with adapters. Was thinking about keeping this one for myself seeing how I don't own a Nes, but what do you guys think? and what do you think a decent asking price would be if I did decide to sell?

Comments

  • How does it play NES games? If it was just a stock SNES with paint, I would say $60-80.
  • with the cart that says Super Nintendo on it
  • and that cart is worth about $50 by itself
  • First of all it looks great! Please don't take this the wrong way I'm just going to give my opinion since you asked us. The only thing I see custom is the paint job, if I'm not mistaking. The adapters are easy to find and relatively inexpensive. It sounds like you want to sell it as a bundle, I don't think you would be able to swing a huge profit or anything.

An example - I already own a SNES and Super Game Boy. So minus the extra adapter (that I could just pick up for $40-50) the only thing this offers is the custom paint job.

I hope that makes sense and you don't take it as an insult, just stating what I'm thinking and I'm sure some other people are as well. Again, it looks great, nice work!
  • No I'm not offended at all, if I did sell it. It would be a bundle but I didn't make it to sell anyway. This wasn't a custom order or anything, I just always liked the limited edition retro Gameboy Advance SP and I always wondered what if Nintendo kept the original design for the SNES what would it look like. I think I hit the nail on the head somewhat. But as you can imagine I have like 3 snes already. Idk if I would sell this one or sell my original grey and purple, its in great condition and has all its stickers so I would assume it would be worth a little more.
  • Ok, makes sense. Yeah, I got more than one SNES laying around too, lol.
