PowerFest 1994 gold carts AUCTION

Simple auction to win a gold cart, open to all NA members worldwide!  There are 5 carts available, so the top 5 bidders before Wed May 28 at 5PM NA time get one.  A bid in the last 5 mins extends the deadline another 5 mins.  Bid as often as you want, but you can only win 1 cart max!  Shipping anywhere is included.



If you win the contest and are also bidding in the auctions I will let you out of the bid with no penalties.



Winners will get to pick either the (original) 10k points version or the (hacked by me) 1 million points version.  The CIB release is still weeks/months away and will use the 1M point version.



My phone can't get a good pict of the gold paint.  It was done by customnesguy at the same time as the gold Campus Challenge 1992 carts so they match.  Compared to NES gold carts these ones look more bronze.

    Do you know how many carts will be made total in the end? For example, when the CIB comes out, will the winners be able to grab the IB for these carts?

    Nintendo did an NWC style contest every year up to 1994.  This one has 1 level of SMB Lost Levels, 5 laps in Super Mario Kart, then the rest of the time hitting homers in Ken Griffey Jr MLB.  There is only 1 original cart of each version known.

    Only 10 golds, but the blue CIB will not be specifically limited.

    Sorry to bother - I am still curious about payment for this. Do we pay immediately or do we have to wait a period for the carts to be put together. I only ask because you gave us the option of two different versions, which leads me to believe the carts will need a day or so to be finalized. Sorry to ask again - but I just wanted to know before bidding.

    Sorry I forgot to reply! I will taken paypal, credit cards on retrousb, or any mailed forms. If you need a couple weeks thats fine too. All the carts are ready except for programming. With auction ending day and time for payment and final assembly I expect most will leave here around june 2. USPS priority puts then in buyers hands around june 4 for usa or june 9 for international.
