Hello All!
I just signed up today, looking for a new forum. My name is Lindsey, I've got a long forum history on IGN and DayOnePatch under a different user name. I'm just looking for something different, a much more pleasant type of forum that still stays active, but without an abundance of assholes. A retro focus was another biggie for me. I'm a registered nurse working in pediatrics and I love my job. My husband and I are big time game collectors and players. Our collection currently numbers over 1000 games across probably 25 or so systems, but Nintendo is a pretty dominant theme throughout. I'll be posting pics of our collection in the near future, but I'll need to take some new pics after we get our latest new editions in! heh heh!

I've also frequented other forums in the past and I can say with confidence that the community here has a generally positive, respectful and helpful tone.
To this day I still get surprised at the level of knowledge this community posses as a whole.
With a collection of that size, I am sure you have lots to contribute to discussions as well and am excited to hear.
There are a few husband and wife duos here on NA... Why not get the hubby to sign up too?

Hey, thanks for the warm welcome! I like what I see so far pretty well, so I'll likely be hanging around here on a pretty regular basis.
The husband actually does have an account on here he made a while back in attempting to buy/trade some stuff. He's just not big on forums. I think most of his activity is on niche modding and import type forums and primarily in IRC chat for those.
