My Name Is Shane
... and I'm a Nintendoholic. It all started when my next door neighbor got an NES. I had an Atari 2600 and an IBM PC, but the games looked and sounded nothing like what was on the NES. And the control pad was amazing! The games were so good I would invite myself over to spend the night to play just a little more Metroid or Rygar.
Nowadays, I collect but only pick up what I come across that's both interesting and not overpriced. Lately I've been wanting to collect more, and started watching a lot of Nintendo-related videos on YouTube. I'm starting a NES Pi project Sunday with a custom NES case, which will hopefully go well.
I was a member of Digital Press for a while a long time ago, but it seems they've got a poor attitude over there anymore. So I figured I'd check you guys out!

Welcome, I too remember putting in hours playing Rygar when I was younger.
Yeah, I remember leaving the game on at the start screen after dying, then placing the controller in front of the power light so my father didn't know that it was being left on overnight so I could restart where I left off.
