When I was looking for one of these about a year ago there were a couple sales via open auction on ebay for around $150. They were the box with the hologram though, not sure if that changes the value much.
Who could have ever imagined that cereal boxes would have so much value. Kind of makes you wonder what stuff that our kids are going to get is going to be retarded expensive in 20 years.

Most likely less and less value attached to modern toys because of the internet. People are buying lots of stuff and hording them, anything remotely deemed collectible.
I'm sure there's always people who buy stuff and just store it away. I overheard a guy buying double on 5 or 6 toys for his kids. One gets put in the attic so they can have memories back when they grow up.
There will be stuff. Probably certain small production run items. I got my boy a Spongebob playset (for $20 brand new) that got discontinued after a few months. They sell for $60 on ebay already. I wanted to get him another one because the dog chewed it up. I ended up just building one out of scrap wood and told him to use his imagination.
I only buy silver for investment purposes. Everything else is to be used.
What's the point of a price check on something you plan to keep until you die?
Cause i like to know the value of what i got. normally i can figure out what i got but in this case i cant seem to find these creal boxes due to rarity

The one I have is the only sealed one I've ever seen other than this. Looking to get rid of it?

Ooh a memo board! Kids love memo boards. I'm kinda bummed about the total lack of tropical oils though.

Why do the turtles look like they are fake smiling as if they are trying to sell you something? Oh wait they are.
Who designed that box, for the love of god put a real smile on them.

They're fake smiling to lure you into a false sense of security. Look at Michaelangelo, he has a net. He's obviously prepared to ensnare you with it.

Here is an old auction for one where the top wasn't sealed, but the cereal inside was. Sold for $159 in open auction.
