Ocarina of Time 3DS NFR for $9.99 (what a bargain!)
These are the first bootleg Not For Resale carts that I've come across, although it's not something I typically shop for. Is this common, or is this a new thing? Sigh.

Nobody is buying it thinking it's legit. People buy stuff like this to resell and scam someone. How it's profitable, I don't even know. I realize that they can get stuff like this for dirt cheap, but after paypal and ebay fees and then shipping, I can't imagine much is left.
I looked into myself in case major reporting had to be done. But turns out they're legit
They arrive in varying states of condition (being used in stores) and with back stickers.
They apparently have stock piles of various older DS 3DS demo games.
And besides physical appearances how is the rom? Is the rom the true demo?
And whereas this is the first major influx of demo games; certainly not first case of Nintendo products to be dumped/find their way into China.
Example most recently Club Nintendo Luigi statues. Though that may be more of a case of factory over production and them taking advantage.turned out legit
The statue another thing I looked into (bought) turned out to be real.
So sad day for those who paid $100 plus for this in the past. Good day for collectors that these arent fakes that we would have to sift through.
I already owned this demo so these 2 will be tucked away for foreseeable future
Will let y'all know what happens!

Is there anything decent besides Zelda?
I think Zelda is the only one here I would play.
"hi
original.
actually it came from US."
I went ahead and bought a lot of 4.
Worst case scenario I open a case and get my $26 back so I ain't trippin.

I got 2 Zelda's, Street Fighter IV and Starfox. At $6.50 each it's worth a shot IMO.

Heck, if you guys think they're legit, then I may as well pop on a few. In no way did I ever think these were real. It would make sense that they would sell them for a whole lot more. I mean, why not? People would definitely pay more for real games. I'll go ahead and buy a few. You guys have me too curious.
A similar thing happened with the AladdinDeck Enhancer games for the NES. They were rather sought after and hard to find, and suddenly 2 or 3 sellers showed up with massive amounts of stock. They started competing with eachother since they were the only market in town for the games and the prices kept dropping and dropping. There looks to be a few sellers that have large quantities of these NFRs for sale at different prices. Also, it's a better business model sometimes to sell large quantities of an item at a lower prices fast than to have a higher price point and sell them much slower and potentially have a large amount that become basically unsellable...especially if they didn't pay much or anything for them (which is sounds like if they were just returns that were supposed to be sent to be destroyed.
