Chibi-Robo Canadian Version?

I recently bought of a copy of Chibi Robo for the Nintendo Gamecube. I noticed shortly after that it seems to be a English/French variant. I assume it was sold in Canada. However I can't seem to find any similar copies for sale. Does it add value? Hurt it? Any info would be great. I've uploaded the regular NTSC cover and the version I received (sorry not my pic, used the auction one) Thanks.
