Were these sent out to US Nintendo Power subscribers?

I'm pretty sure I have one of these as well as a Zeld TP OST CD with the same artwork.

The latter was bundled with the Official Nintendo Power Zelda Guide.

They were given away at e3 2005, not through the Nintendo Power mag.

How could this be graded as new? These were never sealed.

The cartridge itself is unused and as it never came seal or in a box (so no opening crease lines) VGA will grade under the normal tier (if unused).

Looks like it sold via best offer. Did you get an offer higher than your declined offer of 1.2-1.3 or did you lower your expectations?

Item sold for above the 1.2-1.3 (as that was the private price so fees were factored in)
