Who the hell is 'Coconuts'?

I was looking through the Advanced search tool here at NA and saw a company called Coconuts, but I have never heard of them, and nothing comes up when you search for them. Who the hell is Coconuts?

Coconuts is out of Japan and made a bunch of crappy games for the Famicom. Maybe that's whay they're so obscure = crappy games.
