eBay Help

It has been more than two weeks since I mailed back some faulty DVD cases, ad despite sending several messages have not heard back from the seller about the return. I tried opening a case, but eBay's resolution center is so damn confusing. Anyone know what to do?

  • You probably should have opened the case with Ebay before returning the items.

  • ^ Call up Ebay, and explain your situation and see what the best route is to resolve it. If they can't resolve the problem then there is nothing you can do.



    In the future, if something goes wrong, contact the seller first, and if that don't work then open a case. Sending stuff back should be the last thing.
  • Escalate the claim if the seller is not responding.
  • Do you have tracking info? If it shows delivered, open a "not as described" case. It'll take a few days but you can provide your exchanges with the seller and the tracking # and ebay will get you a refund.



    If you you don't have tracking info, you're out of luck.
