AV Famicom Mod

So I've got my famicom inhand and I'm ready to knock this thing out. I'm using this method on Assembler games (link below) My only question is I want to use a stereo 1/8th in. jack rather than two rca jacks. Would I just take the farther leg of the 120r reisistor out for video? Sound will just basically be from pin 46 straight to the jack correct?
