at least there are a few here that will laugh when the famed kermit cart goes up for sale, ha ha put one of a kind cart sale, autographed, with a kermit sig, see how many hits you get, ha ha ha
I know we all hate eBay fees, but sellers like these can mess things up for the rest of us. This guy sells every single item at $1 with ridiculous shipping (example: $1 + $34.42 shipping for Tiger Woods '10) in order to dodge fees.
I reported some of his listings before but they never got taken down (I don't think eBay cares about this sort of thing unless multiple people report it).
I will admit that I have a personal agenda here. The guy lives in the same general area as me and buys games for resale. He started selling on eBay shortly after I messaged him about some Nintendo 64 stuff he had on Craigslist, including a sealed Ocarina of Time for N64.
At first he didn't know what stuff was worth and he said the game was in excellent condition, the seal intact, and he was willing to sell the game for $40, if I purchased a bunch of other carts for $3-5 each. We even agreed on a time and place to meet, the deal was sealed. I showed up (after an hour drive), he didn't, and when I heard from him again he said "I know what it's worth now, I am going to sell it on eBay." I then saw him trying to sell his sealed Ocarina of Time (it turns out, it was in terrible condition with lots of denting/creasing and a rip in the seal) for $400.
Anyway, any help reporting this douche is much appreciated.

This just reminds me how annoyed I am that it seems like every person that throws a NES cart on eBay posts it as RARE ... hey, know what? You're shitty condition SMB/DH isn't rare at all - calling it rare doesn't make it worth $10!

If you report the auctions as fee circumvention, I'm really surprised that they don't jump on those.
But your shitty condition SMB/DH might be worth ten bucks as long as you slap a Kermit sticker on it and only take a pic of the back....

You would think so, but I've reported this guy's auctions many times and I haven't noticed any pulled yet. He used to list items with free shipping and then he would put the ridiculous shipping in the auction description. I am really surprised that he hasn't gotten lots of negatives.
Even better, it ended up not costing me a penny to find out. The seller sent me a message that they were getting ready to ship it, and they turned it over and noticed it was Dragon Power, and that Kermit was just a sticker on the back.
They sent me a full refund without me even asking.
i didn't get to see the $3000 dollar bundle, did one of you guys buy it? hehe, it's been removed, Damn, and i had money to spend, i'd of talked him down,

DUDE im crushed! i thought it was a kermit book game... well you should have them ship it anyways its hand signed by Evan
This guy is lulworthy. I dig his little story but there's no way this bare collection is worth $5000 or anything close to it. It looks like something I'd pick up off craigslist for around $150. Good luck to him though I understand the dude needs to make a buck
dino, i checked that listing, like it's not bad enough it's 5K, but the fucker is going to charge me almost 400 bucks to ship, ha ha ha like it's not HORRIBLY overpriced already,

There's Countdown, ABC, 123, ABC/123, Hide and Speak, and the Muppets game. I'll let you guys know what it is when it shows up.
lol orrr..... maybe its a kermit proto
That's why I figured I'd pull the trigger and blow the ten bucks. It's like buying scratch-off tickets, but more exciting....
yeah dude if you get stadium events dont forget the little people lmao
