I just scored a pro action replay on ebay for about $60 from germany. Does it play on Ntsc consoles with ntsc games?

    it should ... the lockout chip is in the physical cartridge itself ... this acts as basically a pass through device (much the same as a game genie) ... as long as you are using an NTSC cartridge, it should work on NTSC console

    I know this is an old post, but is it normal to have a static like screen when inputting codes? is mine broken? does anyone have experience on this? my console is NTSC
