NWC gold cart ebay SCAM! (beware)

So the reason why i say scam is the listing is using photos from anather nwc auction that happened back in may 2013.

the seller will not post an original image of the board.  he has a poor description for the listing.

the other items hes had up also used stock pictures.  there not up any more.



i feel sorry for who ever is bidding on this.  (unless its a fake non paying bid)

    Scammers should be shot, and the reason ebay doesnt care is because they are getting paid. Im sure after the buyer finds out they have been scammed, they will get a refund minus ebays cut.

    I'm in NJ and made him a cash offer on a few auctions he listed. He would only take PP and not cash in person...lol

    yes i agree.  and yet they remove listing that say near mint or have writing in the pictures lol.  so i guess just keep reporting and hope ebay pulls their head out of the ground...  too bad there isnt a way to contact the person and tell them its a scam.

    I purchased the game TMNT for $3 from him and $2.65 shipping. He put tracking up but has not been scanned in 5 days or more. It took him a few days to even do that. I had to say something to him about shipping. I keep messaging him and all he says is this

    Wtf I dont even know what this means. So on the 4th I will be opening a case because I asked him for a refund and he hasn't done so yet.

    Someone just left a negative feedback for one of his Little Samson listings. He shipped them a different game! MAYBE this instance and all the reports will finally lay him to rest.

    I left him a message on eBay, claims he bought it at Las Vegas and has a paper and "rescit"(receipt). I asked him to show me his paper and "rescit," and tells me he only shows it to buyers. So I don't believe has a "pape" nor "rescit."

    He also dissed the guy that bought his Little Samson cart, but strangely enough it's still a positive review. Perez also mentions his dad, so it's possible that he's rather young or needs help from his parents.

    From what I see, I wonder if he's slightly mentally disabled. We have guys with that problem that come into work and they seem to think that real life is a game. It's posible that he is just some slow guy playing Ebay like it's a game, not realizing the trouble he's causing others.
