GameReproductions.Com Not getting A Response

in Help Wanted!
I got contact with Wayne at gamereproductions.com and shipped him 11 SNES games. He told me that I would receive trade credit to use on the site. My tracking number shows that the games were delivered on 10/31/2014. I never received any credit or any correspondence of any kind. I tried using the contact form on the site and also responding to the email from the person which agreed to give me trade credit.



Is anyone familiar with Wayne or the site gamereproductions.com? I'm not really sure where to go from here or if I should be suspecting foul play. Any suggestions?

    I dealt with them and while they do great work, the timelines of their response time and delivery are notoriously bad. I would say keep emailing and they should eventually respond. Between trading in and then subsequently ordering games it took around 4 months to finish my transaction with them.

    yep. it's a slow process, but the guy is legit. he's a member here too: necrosaro420.



    he usually responds pretty quickly, it's just the making of the games that takes a bit. Might try PMing him here. He also might just be out of town for the holiday

    Apparently the Email with my trade credit didn't reach my inbox. Wayne responded and showed that he actually sent the code after a few days of him receiving the games. He's totally legit and I'm looking forward to getting my Starfox 2! Thanks everyone!

    I nominated that website to the hall of shame here on Nintendo Age. It's been nearly 5 months and I still haven't gotten the games I've ordered from there...

    Maybe you should inbox him at necrosaro420? Might work! I know it can be really hard to get in contact with some of those game companies! I have been waiting a long time for man of them too! And just like you its a period of months. So I ffel for you!

    It's been 6 months since I placed my order and 3 months since I sent him an email and not gotten a response. Not looking good folks. I would not recommend using him due to lack of communication I'm not sure if I'll ever get my order...

    Im pretty much done with him as well. Last order took 2 1/2 months (did come though). I stick up for the guy a lot and he does really good quality games, but this is getting pretty ugly. The lack of response is the most unacceptable and sketchy part and seems to be getting worse.

    So...it sure seems we hear this same story over and over again, and I think the person running that site is even an NA member. Have they really not been HoS'ed for time wasting? Or from what it sounds like in this case, ripping people off? There is literally little to no reason to have people waiting for months on end with minimal if any communication.

    After a month I didnt have my game, and when I did get ahold of him, apparently there was no record of my order (but payment went through fine). So it took me two months to get my game.



    I PM'd OP to try to help him get into contact with GR, but it's sad to see this happen to so many people. I know repro makers can get swamped (Jjrepro certainly was!), but the lack of communication sucks.

    I finally got my Starfox 2 reproduction cart! Apparently he had a computer crash and lost some order info.

    WOW, just WOW, I doesn't even work. I tried it in two different SNES systems and cleaned the contacts and it still won't play..
