    Actually, what happened was Wario was starved to death at the factory and saw an opportunity to sneak in and eat Yoshi near by; the box was open still and he went behind him and took a big bite. Afterwards, probably someone was coming, so he snuck inside and stayed there, not being able to leave without being seen.
