Do what you can while challenging yourself. But don't go past your limits.
When I go to the gym I like to focus on one muscle group. I can do more at the time yes, but it takes about 4 days for your muscles to recover.
Also when doing muscle training, it's not about doing the biggest weights. All you need is that one rep that "burns" to make that muscle stretch and grow when it's healed.
You can achieve that with 1 250 pound lift....or 20 20 pound lifts in three sets. Work out smart not hard!
I'll add up your points next update. Awesome stuff man! Be sure to eat some peanuts or anything with protein within 30 minutes of completion too. Helps!
I'm so lazy...I need to set up the DDR downstairs but my parents are always on that tv so...
I'd do it in my room but I might end up stomping around to much and shaking stuff that'll fall off my shelves lol.
I did walk around in the mall a bit the other day...would have walked more but mom was complaining about her feet or back or whatever she likes to whine about so we ended up being super lazy fat americans and used the car to drive to the nearest door to where the stores were.

Okay, I really don't want to offend anyone but I have to ask this. Do people really use their cars while shopping in a mall? I guess I can sort of understand if all the parking is free and it's one of those huge outside malls, but I've never heard of this before. I grew up with practically no car and using the public system sparingly due to the cost, so this is alien to me. We would walk over an hour to the mall just to save five dollars! And then another back, without counting the time spent in there.
It's always fun to hear how incredibly different people behave! I probably something that seems completely weird to others too, but I wonder what, haha.

Welcome to America, home of the fat and lazy.
My mom is really just lazy, so am I but I was going to walk...she's had back and foot pains and surgerys so I can see why she wanted to drive and not walk even though it wasn't that far.
So today is my official start day. Sadly, I wasn't 315. I was 321.5! YIKES! Anyways, my goal for the 90 days is still 275. So here we go!
I need you to fix my start weight to this post from a week ago.
Anyways, week 1 went down easy. Diet was on point, no cravings, and kicked the booze. Anyways, weighed in today at 307.5. Pretty stoked. I usually do well my first week, but not this well. Hopefully in 2 weeks I'll be back to the 200's. I'll be incorporating some exercise this week to really ramp up the weight loss.
Something to actually look forward to...I have two huge fat bags that get in my way here so I'll be happy to see them shrink at all. Plus it might help in the future when I get them cut off of me for my sex change! Yay double bonus lol.
Working out is also a way to naturally increase your testosterone levels.
I did an 1.5 hours in the gym this morning before work. I am not a big fan of waking up early, but once I'm out of bed and moving, I feel the same as I would if I had slept later, except now I have the extra time to utilize (and my family is still asleep so I can get out the door faster). I stopped by Aldi early this week and bought a bunch of health food type stuff. Nuts, cottage cheese, pickles, olives, rice cakes, salad, also I am trying a variety of protein bars from their "Fit & Active" line.

Agreed 100 % about getting up, hate doing it but love it after.
i also go the the aldi near me and their fit and active line is what is getting me through this challenge , love their 100 calorie snack packs they are great. also the fit and active breakfast cereals are really good. and all the products can be scanned with the barcode into the my fitness pal app
Okay, I really don't want to offend anyone but I have to ask this. Do people really use their cars while shopping in a mall?
Yes we do:
Weigh in this morning: 205 lbs. I'm still hitting the gym 4 times a week and slowing down my reps. I'm definately a lot sorer at the end than I was before! I also met challenge A by running 2 miles over the past week on my gym's indoor track.
My go to food thats helped me maintain is stir fry. I cut up all kinds of fresh veggies and cook them up without any oil. I then add a bit of lean protein such as chicken, turkey, lean steak, pork (shrimp would be good but im allergic). Throw in some seasoning and varying sauces to change the taste. Make enough for 3-4 days at a time. It then can be used on its own as a meal, over rice, in a wrap, on a salad, etc... Very versatile, healthy and low calorie.

For any of you that happen to drop a bunch in the first week, but not so much the second week, don't be disappointed. A bunch comes off that first week sometimes (I think water weight but that could be an old wives tale).
Captains got good advice. Most of the first week is water weight. Also with the 2nd week your body goes into a "WTF" mode and starts holding on to calories. The "plateau" so just keep trucking and still remember whether it's 1lb, or even maintaining, it's still a step in the right direction.

Do you have a pedometer or a pedometer app? That might be your best way to sneak some exercise in since you're constrained by your living arrangement; you can track your normal number of daily steps and then increase that with walks outside or something?
Did another 2.2 mile today, worked til 10, only had a short time to run before chatting with my girlfriend. Tomorrow should be the day I up my distance, 2.2 is getting too easy.
If you guys need any advice don't hesitate to PM me. My dad was a body builder and fitness trainer, so naturally he pushed me in the gym since i was like 12 lol
Unfortunately i am cursed with an ectomorph body, i am skinny and can't gain weight to save my life. I have the opposite problem as everyone on here. It sucks just as bad trust me. No one wants to be called spaghetti arms lol

My low for this week was 142.5 (Wed?), but we ate at Red Robin last night with some family members. All I ate was 1/2 of a wrap and 1/2 serving of soup and as of this morning I was at 144 lol...my stomach definitely shrank cuz I was soooo stuffed after eating only that. And mind you, I didn't give in to the temptation of the Bailey's Irish milkshake
I'm waiting for my pork shoulder to be done resting. Making pulled pork! Omg, it looks so good. Texture seemed perfect when I tasted it, potatoes and carrots taste great too.
I'm not gonna bother with the bread since I've already had some today and I'm not quite sure that will be good with multi-cereal bread. o_O

Keep up the good work guys
Do you have cable, and won't be having any mayonnaise?
For others, are you weighing daily or weekly? I'd suggest weekly to avoid fluctuation from not pooping yet, etc. Daily will just make you pull your hair out when you're randomly 2 pounds heavier for no reason.

I weigh in daily to avoid having messed up results from fluctuations. I'm well aware that my weight will vary up or down by about three pounds, so I'm not too eager/too disappointed when it fluctuates. Weighing in at the same time every day and sticking to a routine when it comes to my meals seems to have helped lessen the fluctuations a lot! What I like about daily is that I can see a trend and average weight of the week.
Also, say you lose one pound in a week. I started at 120lbs, say, so I should be 119 if I lose 1. But if I happened to weigh in and have one of those +3 fluctuations... I'd feel a lot more diasppointed waiting a week just to see a result of two extra pounds! But to each their own, of course. I feel better with daily because I'm obsessed with numbers, haha.
Had probably one of the hardest boxing classes I've had yet. We had not only one instructor coming around and doing the combinations but another! And there was only 4 of us in class today. My shoulders are killing me!
And my weight for the week is 192.4. Not bad, next week I will ramp up the running to around 4 miles a day, hope to get back into the 180s then.
On another note, I had a reverse compliment this week. One of my friends had seen me after three weeks, and she said, "Wow tracker465, you look big". And she wasn't talking about my muscles or cock either. Yeah thanks.

from how I read it is after 4 weeks post your start and post 4 week photos. Then Im guessing after 8 post a photo then, and then at 12.
