I saw a similar one at a swap meet once and compared it to a regular N64 cart and it was definitely a Famicom pirate that looks like a 64 cart. This is cool though!

It's a Famiclone cart. Some of these will run in real hardware / normal Famiclones, others require the use of a specific keyboard famiclone to run properly. I have a small collection of these carts, some in N64-like-cases and others in normal cases. I am not sure if I have this particular line-up of games, though it seems to be fairly generic.
