am I wrong about this but that label looks extremely suspicious to me.
sorry it says under the item condition "label is new and not original" still this should be reported we can't allow repro sales and it is against ebay policies.

Also, shouldn't there be "SHVC-....." somewhere on the board as well?
And the connecting pins are rounded rather than squared off with a tip.
I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure all SNES games have the same style pins.

More crafty than flash chips on adapters though.
Odd that they would make a new board and use an official CIC
They already have a donor cart for the plastics so that is an easy source.
