Club Nintendo.... finally the US site goes live...
I finally got it to transfer my old Nintendo account and they didn't give me any coins for the 20 + games and 10+ Nintendo systems
I don't think they should vindicate you for entering your games on the old site. Maybe it's a glitch or something since some people are claiming they are getting coins for them.
For those that don't know check it out https://club.nintendo.com/
I just wish they gave you more coins.. It seems most of the games I have entered don't have surveys associated so they are worth 0 coins
It seems like it's going to take about $800 worth of Wii games to get me a deck of Nintendo cards!
I think they should also give long time Nintendo members a bonus or something. Maybe something for Nintendo Power subscribers. I've been a subscriber since Nintendo Fun Club News issue #1 and my subscription to NP is paid off until 2018!! That should be worth a few coins, no?
Also, if anyone doesn't plan on submitting their wii, ds codes could you pass a few onto me? I just want to grab that DS game & watch game. Doesn't hurt to ask.
The website is full of bugs and slow as hell right now too... argh. I have been trying to log in for about 20 minutes now.

i think all wii games are 50 a piece and ds games are 30.
yeah just found that thanks though, any idea about systems? do you get coins for systems or no?
I wish every Wii game was 50 though cause I would have like 1500 points. Oh well all I really want is that Game and Watch DS game...and those Animal Crosing Playing Cards...
...
...and the Wii-Mote Holder
EDIT: nevermind I guess you get a 90-Day extension period for your Wii but no points. Thats not to bad I guess.
Only Wii, DS Games, and wii channel games will give you points.(no systems) wii-50, DS-30, download is 10
Only the list above will work for older games. They haven't listed any newer games yet
Linking your Club Nintendo account to your Wii Shop account as several benefits, such as automatically registering any downloaded Virtual Console or WiiWare games.
In order to link a Club Nintendo account, you must first create one on Nintendo.com. Please visit club.nintendo.com for more information about Club Nintendo and to sign up (if eligible).
To link a Club Nintendo Account to a Wii Shop Account:
1. Access the Wii Shop Channel through the Wii console.
2. Select "Settings" from the list of options.

4. Enter your Club Nintendo account's Username and Password.
5. Click "Link" to complete the process.
This will add your games for coins
i have 200 wii games and i dont see any kind of pin or serial number on any of them.
There's another slip that comes in the games with the instruction manual, that says register your game...On the back there is a Sn/PIN. that's what you enter.
@Fantomex. No, pins cannot be used more than once. Once the pin has been used that's it
Still have to give them credit for bringing this to the US instead of making it Japanese only like it used to be. What I really want are those Wii SNES classic pads that they have on the Japanese Club.Nintendo site!
yeah but the question is.. are they going to offer cool items like the mario and luigi game cube controllers or is it all going to be retarded stuff like a wiimote holder.
Well they do seem to have the Game & Watch Gallery DS game. It was an exclusive club game in Japan. It may also be exclusive in the US, so that's pretty cool
I am okay with the extension of 90 days for the Wii but like someone already said they should give you something for that 50 points would of made me happy. But any regular player is barely going to get those deck of cards. I want to get the Game and Watch and Animal Crossing cards the most
I think the Hanafuda cards would be much cooler to get than a regular deck of cards with Animal Crossing characters on them.
This is true. Hanafuda cards were what got the company rolling way back in the 1880s.
As for me, I'll be gunning for a G&W Collection myself, most likely, though I'm only at a meager 60 coins.
Edit: Emoticons seem to not be working for some reason
